I had replace the fuel filter. I'm sure you changed that as well, check fuse for your pump. if you have to remove the fuel line befor the intake and make sure the fuel is being pumped. (be careful fuel will pump out fast so only crank the motor over in short spurts.
good luck

Daewoo nubira 1998 wagon wont start after replacing fuel pump

Once the fuel pump was replaced, the chances are the released dirt particles from the fuel pump lines went to the fuel filter and clogged it. Change the fuel filter.

What's your problem?Hi I have a 90 convertible mustang 5.0. My problem is the fuel pump wont shut off when you turn key on. It runs and runs and car wont start. Ive checked all injectors, changed

Dear Charlie,
May I suggest you take the car to a good (old?) mechanic and have it "changed?".
Right now the fuel pump is hooked to the battery directly, which is why the pump will not turn off.
Please have him hook the pump up so it only runs when the ignition is on.
God bless your efforts.

Changed fuel pump but it wont start

Check for spark, if spark then spray start fluid into throttle body, if it starts check your fuel injectors with a noid light also check crankshaft position sensor. If the pump wont pump check the fuse and connection to the fuel pump for voltage.

93 volvo 850 glt changed the fuel pump now car wont start. Engine cranks, fuel pump working, fuel getting to the motor but it wont start. The car had trouble starting sometimes so i changed the fuel...

Check your fuel pressure to ensure proper pressure to the block, also did you replace the fuel filter.

On a side note: 3 things a automobile needs to run

AIR-make sure you have a clean air filter and your MAF (mass air flow sensor is plugged in) if you pulled your breather to innspect anything, there is a possibility that it came unplugged or you unpluged it and forgot to hook it back up, a car wont start without it being plugged in if equiped

SPARK-Make sure your car has juice to the plugs, if the plug doesnt fire the car wont run, if you have to pull each plug and ground them to the engine block to see if they arch. If not trace the problem down (if you changed the fuel pump you have some mechanical skill and should be able to troubleshoot a spark issue)

FUEL-Check for proper pressure, dirty fuel filter(s) and if your system has a return line, make sure your hoses didnt get crossed cause this will damage the engine and regulator.

Hope this helps Thanks for using Fixya.com
