Dump Valve Seat Leon Cupra 1.8T

Unplug electrical connection to valve. Unbolt old one, remove, attach new one, bolt up. Reattach electrical connector.

Suggest you get a workshop manual, they are cheap enough on eBay

my seat leon seems to burning oil im having to put oil in regular had a new turbo fitted any other suggestions please

Yes it can be done with a little bit of work if you want the noise as a lot people with a N.A. cars do, watch this the the part you want starts around, 6.05 & it even gets fitted on to a pushbike :)

dump valve wont make any sound because not enough pressure to open valve

A dump valve replaces the recirc valve. Did you see the reply to your prior post on this topic that I put up the other day? You can do it but it'll cost you your catalytic converter and O2 sensors - that has been proven out many times in the past. If you don't care about that and don't mind spending $1200-1500 every year or 18 months to replace those parts, then go to www.audiworld.com or www.audidiy.com and look in the tech areas - there are step by step procedures there that walk you through recirc valve replacment. They'll show you how to fit an aftermarket recirc valve, but you can follow that procedure to do a BOV as well.

Seriously though, as I said before, some cars are fine with BOVs but Audis are not. You're going to cost yourself a LOT of money just for the sneeze sound and slightly slower turbo spool. Your car and money though so it's your decision.

You need a fitting kit.

It is better to buy the haynes or Chilton manual and follow the instructions step by step.
