41 and 42 are not valid codes for a 1999 Dodge of any model, these are OBD2 systems, the codes are OBD1 (89-95 models). OBD codes are in this format
PXXXX, the "X's" are numbers from 0-9

Where to find a 420 sensor

PO420 is an OBD Code for a failed or inefficient
exhaust converter

Have to find out why it worn out in less than 15 years
& correct that problem, before replacing any converters

Best to study OBD Systems on the internet

Also most codes can be found by typing: OBD & the code

Codes do not indicate a failed sensor or the need to replace one

Only parts that are tested & fail a test get replaced
