Driver side window will go down not up
Pop the woodgrain panel out of the armrest and flip it over the culprit is the little reverse plastic clip which makes the window go all the way down you will notice a tiny white *** pointing up this is the actual switch roll the window all the way down then use a small flat screwdriver and mash the little white *** down and the window of course goes up. now you at least have a way to get the window up now on sone modeld the individual switches can be swapped from the front door to the back whice is seldom used not the whole panel pbvously but the lone switch whice is bsd let me know if this helps

I've seen this in several GM cars. The switch has gotten wet. I have used this trick several time but the switch needs to be replaced. Try flipping the switch very rapidly from up to down several times and it will clean the contacts and you can get your window up.
