Sounds like you have a ground problem on the lights.
I'm assuming that the front lights that don't work are the directionals.
You might want remove one then turn on the headlights and try a temporary ground wire to the black wire. If it works then either check your ground wire from the battery to the chassis or install a separate ground wire the the light assembly.
As far as blinking fast, make sure all your lights are working. If one bulb is out that could be the problem.
Replace the dimmer switch.

Front blinkers not working...i checked all fuses except big *** silver fuse...?

the big *** silver fuse is round it is the turn signal flasher. It should have two prongs. if you jump those two prongs on the connector side you r turn signals should light up. If they do replace the flasher.

I need to find the emergency flasher light flasher so that i can replace it on my 85 cj7

Pretty sure there are two flashers on the fuse panel. the one that doesn't make any noise with the turn signals operating is the emergency flasher.

1985 CJ7 blinkers on the right side dont work.

It maybe the relay but I would start by checking my wiring, harness, bulb sockes on the right side to the switch it self. An hour with a test light would ensure that all you need is a relay.

Blinkers don't make noise

When exit the vehicle, on your way into the store, just casually turn your head and then check to make sure your lights aren't on. Later on, at your convenience, you might want to check the fuse box and see if there isn't a fuse blown, as this might solve the notification nightmare. Good Luck and Godspeed to you mam.
