2002 GMC Sierra 1500 Engine was running rough for a few weeks. Acted like it wasn't getting enough fuel. Would bog down during accelleration. One day it I turned it off and it hasn't started again since. Changed fuel filter. Not it. Changed fuel pump. Not it. The pump itself does work. It pumps when power is given to it directly from the battery. I began to look toward electrical. Hooked it up for diagnostics I get only code p0452 evap system which makes sense since the top of the tank was open at the time. Changed fuel pump relay. Not it. Began checking every fuse I could find. Checked everything driver side beneath hood. Driver side between the door & the steering wheel. Driver side down by pedals further. Are there more to check somewhere else? I have 12 volts at all the fuses but at the connector plug (the one that plugs in directly on top of the tank) I have only 5 volts. When that plug is plugged in and I test where the wires plug into the pump itself I have no volts. Voltage tests were done with key off, key on, and even cranking the starter a bit while testing. Any ideas or suggestions?
