Question about 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue
Most time longer than normal cranking for motot to fire uo
I've seen a lot of problems like this that is caused by the crankshaft posistion sensor which is located behind the starter. I would check that.

First thing i would do is replace your fuel filter.
with a fuel filter restriction it take longer to provide enough fuel pressure to fire.
that would be the most common but there are also may other things that could have happened but would need more information to do a process of elimination
