Question about Plymouth Voyager
You have a couple of posibilities one is a leaky injector the other is a bad fuel pressure regulator.
a quick check of the fuel pressure regulator by pulling off the vacuum hose and starting the engine and make sure there isnt fuel coming from the regulator . any further test will take a fuel pressure tester.
