Car won't turn off. It has been sitting out in the cold for 2 weeks not running. I started it, it turned on. Turned ignition off and removed key car continues to run.

Don't know the exact cause, but take the positive battery cable off for now to stop the motor. There might be a stuck relay switch or the agnition switch is defective.

2002 mazda mpv, key stuck in ingition and it is in park , but the key wont turn all the way to lock, it will only go as far as acc?

Mazda MPV have problems with failing gear shift change assembly ( includes park sensor micro switch)

Pull the fuse for the hazard lights ( 10amp) - if the key comes out, then the switch is defective.

Fix the problem by installing a new change lever assembly - part number for 2000 and 2001 MPV's is LC62-46-10XE with MSRP of $246.90. 2002-2004 would be a LD47-46-10XB with MSRP of $250.40.
