Hi if your can hear it running and all the arms are attatched from the motor to the wiper arm assembley then look at the main arm that comes from the motor where it is bolted on see if its tighted up if so turn your wipers on and watch the main arm nut which is fastened to the motor see if the nut if moving but not the arm as it will be held by splines and these wear off if the nut is not moving and you are sure the motors running then you need to get a new motor

hi did you not get the message if the motor is running then where the linkages fasten to the motor is where the problem lies your switch operates the motor via a fuse and a relay so every thing to that point is working the linkages work the wipers so check to see if the motor is turning [visually] and then you can see where it is not working the linkages if you can hear the motor tuning and see its not moving the gear spindle that comes out of the wiper motor the motors faulty [to which if you have changed twice it would be unlikely ] yates210456

I need to replace the windshield wiper blade

The 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan takes 28" wiper blades on both sides front and a 18" rear wiper. See related links below for more information. Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just by length only - be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.

How do i replace the window shield wiper blade

The 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan has the most common hook-end wiper arms. See related links below for installation videos. Also, purchase the replacement blades first and there will be additional instructions/illustrations on the replacement packages. Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.

Y windsheild wipers don't move. I hear the

Possible stripped gears or the gears are not making contact.  I would replace the wiper motor.  If you can, and I am not sure, you might be able to replace just the gears.  But given how new the car is, I am sure it comes as an "all in one" unit.  It is possible to seatch www.car-part.com and see if there is a salvage yard around your area that has one cheap.

Front wipers stopped working but you can hear the motor run also

If the wipers were buried under snow/ice or frozen to the windshield, you may have blown the red 10 amp fuse located in cavity 9 in the fuse block located on the bottom left side of the instrument panel near the parking brake pedal.
In order of easiest to check:
1) ensure wipers not frozen to windshield.
2) ensure wiper arms are not loose on the pivot stud,
3) check the red 10 amp fuse.
You stated that "you can hear the motor". Which motor do you hear? The engine or the wiper motor?
If you hear the wiper motor, then the fuse is alright. Try 1) and 2) above.
