The two codes mean the computer can not make the fuel mixture rich enough to make the sensors read rich. The O2 sensors tell the computer what the fuel mixture is.
So since both sensors are saying the same thing, the problem could be low fuel pressure or something else like too much air.
Very seldom do you have two sensors fail at the same time.

What part is code po171 and po174
code 0171 means bank one is to lean and 174 means that your mass airflow sensor is messed up try cleaning with mass airlfow cleaner before buyng a new one and see if that works

It means that your cars computer is seeing a problem with something somewhere. Bring your cherokee to a shop and have them scan it. They can then tell you where the problem is.

T.C.M. traction control module defective, check all wires/connections to the transmission for broken/loose wires/connection. if nothing found, test the T.C.M. (traction control module) to determine if it's faulty, if it is, replace it with a new one. if not, test wires/connections between the T.C.M. and E.C.M. (electronic control module)

The check engine service light is on what i can do
this means the the computer has detected something wrong. may or may not be a serious problem. the computer stores the fault as a code. you can go to Autozone or O'Reillys and they will read the code for free and tell you what it means.

you probably have a vacuum leak. check all your hoses pcv hose for sure. it means the engine is seeing too much air with the fuel.
