Hi, I am not sure if this will work but worth a try. I assume you want to bleed the fuel out.
crack open the fuel lines at the injector and crank the engine until all fuel comes out.
Now, tighten back the injector.
Hope it works :)

you should be able to keep cycling the key as you have an electric fuel pump that supplies fuel to the injection pump. try this might wanna open the water drain at fuel filter so it doesnt trap air

    Notes

Do not run your diesel out of fuel as this will allow air to enter the fuel system which will make restarting difficult. Longer engine cranking time may be required once air is in the fuel system.
If air enters the fuel system (either through running the fuel tank(s) empty or during fuel filter change), the engine may run roughly and produce white smoke while the air is in the fuel system; this is normal and should stop after a short time

does not have a specific bleed procedure just keep cranking until it picks up might wanna pour some fuel in the filter housing to help

How to bleed the fuel system in the 2009 Mondeo after changing the fuel filter on a diesel

You don't. You just crank the engine until it starts. Modern vehicles work on a pressurised system with a return back to the tank. The fuel is pumped from the tank to the injectors and excess fuel is returned to the tank.

Ford galaxy 2007 ran out diesel an would not start afterwards tried everthink can u advise me please

Hi James, If any diesel vehicle runs out of fuel it is required to 'bleed' out any air that has entered the system. Have a look on top of the diesel fuel filter housing and there should be a bleeding nipple. It will usually be a ten millimeter or sometimes an eleven. Loosen that until when you pump the plunger on top of the housing, clear diesel passes out. Pump several times, as maybe for the first five or six times the air wont be expelled. Once all the air has been expelled lock the bleeding nipple closed and after preheating crank and start....

Ford fiesta diesel endura turn's over & try's

Normally, only 2 things stop a diesel from firing:
1. no fuel
2. not enough compression

No fuel can be caused by (obviously no fuel) or a failed fuel pump. To test, have someone turn the engine over and then sniff at the exhaust - does it smell of unburned diesel? (If you've run out of diesel recently, you may have an airlock in the system, this needs bleeding out.)

Not enough compression needs specialised equipment to test - that's a garage job.

Deisal out of gas wont start

The fuel system has a bleeder located on the engine, located near the passenger side front of the engine. Open the bleeder, turn the engine over until you can see fuel come out on the ground near the front of the engine. Close the bleeder, attempt to restart the engine. It may take a couple of tries, but it should start after five or six attempts. Do not run the starter for more than twenty seconds per attempt, with at least one minute between attempts.
