Honda accord ex 3.0 year 2003 the power steering make noise I replace the power steering and the rackopin and still have noise

The steering is controlled by the steering rack,
& they get stiff because no one changes the fluid
every 3 years

The upper strut bearings fail & make steering stiff

Doubt the pump was a problem at all

you need to bleed air out the system.

This sounds like it should be a warranty issue due to the year of the vehicle and the mileage.. It sounds like a bearing or the universal joint in the steering column is worn prematurely. I am assuming the noise is coming from the steering column and not from one or both of the half shafts on your front axle. There is a chance the noise could be from the canceling mechanism for the turn signal, but I think it would be worth having it looked at by your dealer. Hope that helps.

Replace the brake switch. It us behind the arm of the brake pedal under the dash. $20 part and 15 minutes to replace yourself.

sounds like clock spring in colum is broke must checked and replaced by qualified tech.

this is either a loose belt, or low power steering fluid. Remember that Honda uses a diffrent power steering fluid from everyone else. Make sure it is a Honda compatable fluid, or you will get leaks.
