Question about 1993 Dodge Caravan
turn signals and blower were both working the prior night, I went to go to work and the blower was dead, When I hit the turn signal it was dead.
I have been turning wrench now for 20 years and have never came across this issue. I have checked all the fuses inside the van and under the hood, I tore out the lower console and found a 20 amp breaker and 2 other relays. I pulled the breaker and ran a jumper between the 2 post and still nothing...
Is there something that I am missing here? I have no0 idea if the brake lights work or not ...... I still have the raidio working and all other electric goodies as well.
Test to see if there is battery voltage present to the blower motor on the Green wire. Make sure to leave the connector plugged in. If voltage is present, try back probing a jumper wire hooked to ground and probe into the Black/Tan wire, the blower should run at high speed. If battery voltage is not present, check for power coming into the ignition switch on the Pink/Black wire. Check for power coming out of the ignition switch on the Black/Orange wire with the key in the "on" position. The power coming into the ignition switch on the Pink/Black wire comes from a Grey fusible link near the battery. most likely a Corroded fusible link near battery. Good luck Jimmy........
