Sk8rboi62, Have you checked the pressure at the fuel rail up on the intake? Next have you checked fuel flow rate? You said fuel pressure is good but did'nt say from what connection the reading was made. Answer these questions for me so I will have a starting point, OK? quicbric (the volvo man)

Fuel injectors not spray

Are you sure it's not the fuel pump? I would be checking fuel pressure-the injectors need fuel under high pressure against them so they will spray out when pulsed.
What year is your Isuzu, and what size engine? Multiport injection has a higher pressure requirement than throttle body injection.
There should be a fuse for the injectors, check that. With key on, not start, the injectors would have power to them on the "injector drive circuit". In other words, constant power is supplied to the injectors when the key is on. The other wire at an injector is the ground wire. The ground wire goes into the engine computer. When the computer internally grounds the injector wire for a split second, the injector is energized and fuel is able to spray out.
Post back if you need help checking the injector circuit-both the power side and the ground side. You can check both with a test light.

Well, here it is anyway: ground a test light and probe the injector connector. With key on, one terminal should be hot-the drive circuit. Now move the test light lead to the POSITIVE battery post, and stick the test light probe into the injector terminal that did not light the test light-the ground terminal. Now have someone crank the engine over. If ground circuit is working, the test light should be blinking-meaning the computer is properly grounding the injector circuit. If both tests are good-a steady light on the power side (key on) and a blinking light on the ground side (engine cranking), the injector circuit is good.

So we would have to assume from what you're saying that the injectors are not being pulled to ground by the computer. Have you tried listening to them with a mechanics stethoscope? The computers are a common problem but if another one gives the same result then I'd have to say that the wiring harness between the computer and the injector is suspect. You will have to check the continuity between the injector plug and the connector that goes into the computer. You will need a wiring diagram but I think the wire colors at the injector should be the same as they enter the computer. I would strongly suggest that you confirm fuel pressure though. I know what you mean by fuel at the injectors, but pressure is important.

Will not start i changed the fuel pump an it still will not start but when i spray starter fluid in the th-body it will start but the next day it is dead agin

the fuel pressure regulator could be going bad. it will cause lack of fuel pressure, instant drop of fuel pressure when turned off, delay building sufficiant fuel pressure. check this first if getting fuel check for a bad injector or clogging of them. to clean injectors, you can go to a auto parts store and buy some good injector cleaner. but check fuel pressure regulator as well as the fuel filter first. have a good day !!

Good spark -- fuel supply line has fuel -- will not start -- either sprayed into air intake -- car immediately fires -- why are cylinders not getting fuel?

possibly a bad pressure regulator or injector module not letting the injectors fire. check out both more than likely the injectors are not firing.

Check the injector for 12v on one wire. if good check the other wire for a ground witth the key on. The ground wire pulses from the ECM If you dont have 12v from one wire to the other but you have 12v from one wire to battery ground then be sure the ground wire is good to the computer. If you don't have 12 v at any time check for open hot wire or bad fuse. ADD 12v to the hot wire at the injector. DO NOT add to the wrong wire or you will fry the computer

Would not start.injector not working. the foul pump is working.spray starter fold it will run.

THE FUEL PUMP MAY BE WORKING BUT MAY NOT HAVE ENOUGH PRESSURE TO OPEN THE INJECTORS. TEST THE FUEL PRESSURE AT THE RAIL. THERE IS A VALVE SIMILAR TO THAT ON A TIRE TUBE CALLED A SCHRADER VALVE. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A FUEL PRESSURE TESTER, THEN PRESS THAT SCHRADER VALVE AND SEE IF THE FUEL SPRAYS A REAL GOOD DISTANCE. IF IT DOESN'T, THEN TRY REPLACING THE FUEL FILTER. AND THEN TRY THE PUMP, INSIDE THE TANK. HOPE THIS HELPS. THANKS FOR USING FIX-YA. AND THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR AN HONEST RATING. GOOD LUCK
