Question about 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee
99 JGC Laredo 2wd w/ 4.0L -- transmission stuck in first gear. Computer error code stated bad output speed sensor. Got one from the part store... could fine it on the transmission so I referred to the manual only to find out that 99 & later models aren't equipped with mechanical speed sensors.... does any one know what i'm supposed to change or do??? please help!
The output spped sensor is on the drivers side rear of the transmission case..its a 2 wire connector..the wires are dark bluewith a black tracer and light green with a white tracer
