Question about 2006 Dodge Dakota
V8 Dodge Dakota 4X4, don't want to go anywhere when first coming out of park to drive. It won't move until makes a popping sound then moves slowly at first and it feels like it slips too.
My dealer saying it's normal I am saying no.. Wondering if anyone else have this problem?
Check with Dodge for a TSB for delayed transmission engagement
I had a problem with the trans going into reverse. I had the Torgue converter replaced, some type of pump in the trans replaced, a complete seal kit and new thrust plates. Seems to work fine so far. I have an 06 dakota 4x4 V8. Luckily all replaced under warranty
