Question about 2000 Dodge Caravan
My sister has purchased a minivan. I offered to change her oil and I don't have an owners manual to look it up. I have also instructed here to go replace the transmission filter and fluid and seals. I will flush the radiator and I know about the pet **** as far as the correct way to remove it. I think we can wait until springtime to replace the wires and spark plugs. I just was unsure of how many quarts of oil I needed. Thank you in advance.
You wanna put 4 and ahalf in turn the key a couple half cranks then you should need to put the last half qt in as for the transmission filter most of the time you do not want to change them unless the transmission is acting up because that normally causes you more problems in the future unless it was done on a scheduled routine basis.
