Question about 2003 Nissan Sentra
I have a 2003 nissan sentra gxe 1.8L motor. The car is over heating and the heat doesn't work. I have had the flow rate check in the radiator the therostat check the water pump checked. the fans work. I am not sure what to do next. help please. We have tried everything.
I had this exact problem a few weeks ago. The repair shop first changed the thermostat. Didn't fix the problem. Next step, they found the radiator was clogged. They replaced the radiator and now everything works fine.

Does the car overheat at idle or travelling down the road? if the thermostat was not changed, thats first step. checking it is replacing it. possibly air-bound. then i would suspect a headgasket problem.
