Question about 2003 Mercedes-Benz C-Class
Do you have another key that works fine? If so, then try replacing the batteries in the key that doesn't work. If that makes no difference, then you likely need a new key. If you do have another available key, and it also isn't working correctly, then you likely have an antenna/control module issue and the vehicle will need a visit to the dealer.
