Your front wheels are out of alignment and probably tires out of balance. Go to a service station/garage. Should not cost a great deal.

Tires should be balanced and rotated every 12,000 miles (approximately every four oil changes) to ensure even tire wear and extend tread life. Out-of-round means the tire has worn unevenly and cannot be balanced. An out-of-round tire will have to be replaced.

    Hitting a curb or
large pot hole can cause the wheel weights to come off, and sometimes
the weights sling off the wheel at high speed if they were not
installed properly. Out-of-round or out-of-balance will not cause a
pull in the front end, but will definitely cause shakes and shimmies.
If you can drive out of a shake or shimmy by varying the speed of the
car, it is a good clue that you have an out-of-balance problem.

Its the problem of speedometer programming.

OR

You probably have mud caked on the inside of your rims and on your suspension

OR
I had this problem also where my car would shake between 55-75. It ran smoothly at 80 (don't tell the CHP). Everyone I asked said tires, so I had the tires balanced and realigned, but that didn't fix it. Most of the mechanics I asked were stumped. Finally someone recommended having the struts looked at and sure enough, I had the struts replaced (the car had 70,000 miles on it) and it worked. I have never had this problem since (now the car has 150,000). Answer I have sold tires for a number of years and I can assure you sometimes new tires can be out-of-round. Take it back and demand that this problem be resolved.

Check the MAF sensor, test the fuel pressure at speed problem occurs, do a live data test while driving and have someone look at the data to see if they can see what is happening, this could also be many other issues, your only real choice is to take it to a dealer for in depth diagnosis, they have the electrical test equip to do the testing as well as a huge data base to draw on to find the problems, you have been buying allot of parts to try and fix this, do yourself a favor and let the dealer tech's locate the problem

I don't know how you have concluded the PCM is the problem here. You're probably jumping t conclusions without sufficient testing but the new PCM has to be programmed in the car before the engine will run.
It's located in front of the console, under the HVAC housing.

ABS seems to kick back on brake peddle at slow speeds

low speed activation of abs[will not set off code ] can also do brake studder without touching brake usually does it under 5 mph the problem is one of the sensors is dirty or has some corrosion on it ===chevy back in 2000 did a partial recall on the tahoe for the same problem the fix was to remove the sensor and clean it if the corrosion was to bad than sensor was replaced === the problem with no code is u dont know which sensor is causing problem u would need to remove both and check them

2003 Santa Fe has a humming/buzzing sound that can be heard with the windows down. You will only hear it above 40 mph. The sound will go away below 40. Any idea's.

Tough one; Is there a roof rack on that car? The cross members could cause that, they're removable. Try that. If it were tire noise you'd hear them with the windows up even louder. If not the roof rack look for loose moldings esp around the windows.
