Anything is possible, but I doubt the new battery has failed. Chances are the alternator is not charging the battery. The alternator should be able to power the headlights and engine once it starts. You also need to know why the battery went dead overnight.
remote entry wont work because either remote battery is dead or remote broken.cluster light will stay on if head light stay on could have faulty headlight relay or headlight control unit faulty let dealership check it out.
fuel pick-up in tank is blocked it has a sock over the end as a gross filter to keep out any big junk from getting sucked into the pump and causing damage to it. the sock can get so plugged up that no fuel will flow, causing the pump to run for a short time then with no fuel flow to cool it it trips the safety and shuts off
Either you left a light on for a while, commonly headlights and dome lights, or the alternator is bad.
Get a jump start and run the engine for a while, it should charge the battery if it was just you left the lights on.
If the car won't stay running, take a trip to Autozone and have them test your alternator (don't worry, it's free and can be done in the car if you would rather tow the car than try to remove the alternator).
