Problem for Honda 1995 Civic

My honda civic 1996 (NOise)/ question?

Hello my name is Jr i have a 1995 honda civic ,
when i open my hood on the Right North east corner i hear
a squeechie noise the noise isnt really loud its between low and mid
sounds like the noise comes and goes what could that be?

I also wanted to know is there some type of spray to prevent Rust
from all the parts of the engine etc??

take some water and poor it on the belt see if noise goes away.
