Loud vibration noise coming from rear area.. Very loud and noticeable.. Seems like a fan going on and off but the noise and vibration are louder and more unhealthy sounding than a cooling fan. Does this driving or sitting still.

Sonds like the fan to me. Yes, those are available separately. Water pump is internal inside of the timing cover and those are pretty bullet proof. Fan is most likely NG. Not that common. I have replaced only 1 in 12 years with Nissan.

Cooling fan keeps blowing a fuse on my 2000 maxima #1 fan. #2 fan works when a/c is turned on

It's is very possible. You may be correct however don't dismiss the wiring. The wiring may intermittently short with movement/vibration and cause fuse to blow but most likely you are correct in thinking that your fan needs replacement.

Is it difficult to change out the radiator fan, or bracket. I noticed when idling the fan turns on and a bad rattling noise is made and then stops when fan cut off.

It seems that the radiator fan is hitting against the frame and so there is noise and vibration when the fan comes on. Shut down engine and check on the blades, see if there was any damage that would have changed the alignment or postion of the fan. If so you will need to remove and reset the fan. If the bearings or blades are seen to be faulty , replace them before the radiator is damaged.

2000 Nissan Maxima Noise My maxima is making a weird sound like a 1920's car horn, like a rubbing sound or a mechanical rubbing, robotic almost. I already changed the Brakes, and the wheel bearing and it...

sounds like a ride controll compressor if your car has air ride controll it will have a compressor
check the fan for bad blades and chips also check the fan housing for missing hold downs and screws also for clearences and if loose or out of mounts

2000 Nissan Maxima sounds like its not shifting into 3rd gear

What do you mean by loud... Loud where??? If noise is from engine, make sure that the mechanical fan clutch is not "locked" (it's supposed to freewheel when cold... if it does not, it will "roar" when driving.
