2001 mazda tribute spark plug change

I want to change the spark plugs in my wifes 2001 mazda tribute. it has the v-6 and is front wheel drive. I got as far as removing the plastic engin cover. when i saw you could only get to the front three plugs, i stopped. You obviuosly have to remove the intake manifold to get to the rear three plugs. So i say all this to ask the question. What are the correct steps in removing the intake manifold???????

Make sure when you changed the plugs thsat you did not cross any of the plug wires. if you put any wires in the wrong place you could do serious damage to the engine!
