sounds like the pistons have seized. you are going to have to do a complete rebuild of the engine or maybe purchase a used engine from a junk yard.

Cannot diagnose or run temp. Sealer for what i believe is head blown because car wont start it cranks but sputters and kills battery?

Sounds like head gasket again, but may be more serious this time. Overheating is not something to take lightly.

Pull plugs. crank. Water come out of cylinders? Head gasket. Possible cracked block or head this time, too. I'd be looking at a replacement engine.

first, find out where that water went....
Fill the system and pop on a new cap, try again.
Look for any sign of water on the spark plugs. (pull them out and look at them)

I HAVE A 4M40 IN MY MITSUBISHI AND IT DEVELOPED A WIERD PROBLEM EVERY MORNING AS I DRIVE TO WORK THE A/T LIGHT COMES ON AND THIS IS CAUSING MY ENGINE TO CUT OFF AFTER A FEW MINUTES IT WILL START AGAIN IT...

Trans problem torque convertor locking up and killing the engine there is a solution but be very careful what you put in the transmission. certain chain of after market sell product to help stop transmission torque shutter mainly for Ford youll have to find one for import. use it for 3 days then drain it out. that should help it. just make sure you get a parts person and you read the trans lube product. DONT PUT MYSTERY OIL. it says it clears it. yea right it does work and it also strip the clutch fibers

bad headgasket = water in oil (milky) or oil in water (foamy I think).
but yea, ah... I had a Ford once. My experience is that once something like this starts the only thing you can do to repair it is to buy a japanese car. lol

91 toyota camry halfway underwater

water could have gotten on top of the pistons without getting in the oil if the rings have a tight seal. Also the engine was hot when it went into the water that was way cooler than the engine temp which would cause a lot of condensation inside the combustion chamber and that would cause the cylinder bore to rust and not allow the piston to work up and down the cylinder.
