There are special tools for this but the problem probably lies in the wiring to the front sensors and the wires along the lower control arm usually get damaged and broken from the weather - this is the wires that run from the sensor in the wheel to the harness - check these wires before replacing anything. This applies to all vehicles and is a general answer.
There may be a problem with your antenna wire. It will be a thick black wire that plugs into the other side of the radio opposite the wire harness. You need to make sure this is plugged in, in order to receive radio signal.
