Question about Fiat X1/9
Fiat Scudo diesel van. 01 reg. 1.9 d. Preheater works perfect from cold but when engine warms up and if I stop van for delivery it does not start again without a lot of effort. Yellow preheater light just flicks for a part of a second. It is as if the engine is hot enough to start without preheater. Have changed coil and thermostat without success.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

I to have searched for a manual, but haynes don't do one, however Peter Russek manuals do cover the scudo, with everything covered except gearbox overhaul and body panels. Search on ebay, can get em for about 15 quid. hope that helps my friend.

hi comman fault on these vans is the temp sender which is located on the right hand side of the engine it has 2 wires on a connector that plug onto it they are quite cheap about £8-£10 and i think its a 19mm spanner you will need just undo and refit with new one. regards
