Question about 1996 Dodge Ram
If I'm not mistaken, the manufacturer of the vehicle (Dodge/Chrysler) has these installed by an outside source, but usually only one or 2. There should be a tag or label somewhere on the lift or van door or somewhere, that will tell you who designed & installed it. If you contact them through internet search, I'm sure they will gladly send you what you need, probably right over the internet. Otherwise, get closest dealer to run your VIN # and get the info for you. If you have no luck, get back to me & I will see what I can do for you. try to give me all the info & number you can find on the lift.
