The power windows work on a circuit breaker ...not a fuse. experience says to check the wiring that goes into the drivers door right where the harness bends ......more than likely a broken wire

My power window will not work is there a fuse that controls all windows

There is a fuse for windows. However, if only one window is non operational, there is either a short specifically affecting that window or the motor for the window is broken.

engine runs perfect?
head lights full power bright>? 2 questions, and shows battery is at 12.6vdc rested and 13.3 to 15vdc running, (is it>?_)
ill pretend yes......
blown fuse. what else could cause so many things, to lose DC power.
a fuse can be good, bad or intermittent , even corroded,
a tech would scratch head and pick the easiest fault to fix.
my guess, is
dashboard doesnt work means the guages , and idiot lamps are dead but the park lamps there (dimmable) do work.
so what fuse is that.? i say to self.....
I open the FSM. and look at the power cluster feed.
what do i see.?
posted over 100 times here.

i look in instruments page. (aka. cluster)
tells you how it works
then i jump wiring page 8w-40-2
i see what, Fuse 10. is it good? and fuse 17.
fuse 10 is key on,, and fuse 17, is hot full time.

thats it, if the cluster is dead, only fuses can kill it 100% dead
or it losts its main ground, which is unlikely but voltmeter proves
in 1min flat. (G201)

i picked right, the cluster dead, is the most simple
if Headlights are dead, its most simple (not in Canada with DRL)

The windows won't go up or down in my 1994 jeep grand chereokee and it says check battery

you need to have the battery tested at autozone and your alternator soounds like your alternator is not putting out enough power or else you have a loose wire somewhere

We have a 2000 jeep cherokee. The blower has quit working good except for on the highest setting. Also when we try to get the power windows down they will not work. Could these things be related?

They aren't related but i think i can tell you why there happening...The blower motor has a Blower motor resistor this is located on the passenger side directly below the glove box i believe there is a cover that you have to remove to see it. once you remove this cover you will see where the blower motor is being held, what your looking for is a 4-5 wire plug thats held in by 2 5/16 bolts remove this with the power off as soon as you take it out you will know if its burned out or not just by looking at the coils, each coil is a measure of resistance the bigger coils should have a break in it somewhere.
As for the power windows, these widows have a separate circuit power there should be a fuse panel located bottom right foot of the pass side front seat, you may need your owners manual to find which fuse. If the fuse is still good i would make sure that none of the power windows switch's are stuck in the up or down position, because if they are stuck the can trip. All the power to your power widows comes into the driverside master control may have a lose connection...good luck hope this helps

Windows wont roll down

I suspecft this is a security programming situation. I have something similar going on with my '95. I have to get an owners manual to find the sequences. I stumbled into this by manually locking the front door and turning on the key with the door open.
re: the dash lights. I find if I have the interior light dimmer all the way to the right it locks out some things but moving it back to the middle puts it back in operational mode. aside from the flashing, non playing stero. At least I can drive it and powerlock the doors IF the doors are closed.

1996 Jeep Cherokee Sport drivers side power window doesn't work

i would have to say its the switch. if you can take the switch bezel off with out taking off the door panel, then you can unhook the wires and chk. to see if could be the window motor. most major auto parts stores have web sites that can walk you thru this process.
