Vacuum leak i need a diagram for 4.3, 6 cylinder, automatic, air cond, vortex that shows vaccum hoses.

Low Vacuum --measured where & how?

Low intake manifold vacuum ?

Do a Cylinder Leak Down Test--pretty much indicates
the motor is worn out ,or you have a valve issues

Check the timing belt & look at MAF , Fuel Trim & O2 Data

Do a cylinder balance or cylinder contribution test before
the leak down

Have the vents checked. See if there's a leak or something block the air passage.

All engines have vacuum created in the intake manifold, because the pistons are pulling in air into the cylinders from the intake manifold, resulting in a pressure drop in the intake. A leak is caused when the intake manifold gasket is bad, or when a vacuum hose off the intake becomes disconnected or breaks. The hose will then **** extra air into the intake, causing a higher than normal idle, maybe a rough running condition, and can be identified by a slight whistling noise at the break or at the disconnected end of the vacuum hose.

by the brake booster under the hood is a vaccum hose that attaches to a a plastic plug that may bed disconnected or broken which needs to be replaced or repaired. you can repair it by splicing it together with a small vaccum hose.

I'm not 100% sure if your vehicle has this type of heat activation, but lift the hood and find a small black plastic hose coming from the firewall to a vacuum port on the left side of the engine compartment. Inspect this hose for proper vacuum and proper connection. This hose is what gives your heat and A/C system vaccum to open the doors inside the cabin during heat selection. Give it a try.

Check the vaccum line at the vacuum distribution block (to the right of the brake master cylinder). It's the smallest vacuum hose.
