run the fault codes for an exact diagnosis but from your description of the problem I would be looking at a failing cat converter as it may be blocking up the exhaust system

would need to get the OBD codes read as could be a number of things , worst case scenario the head gasket has blown or may be as simple as needing fuel filter changed , the OBD code will pinpoint the sensor/switch at fault and will save you time and money diagnosing the exact, cause keep me posted

How do you fix Hyundai Terracan 2002 model with error code P1728 - EMC open/short to battery?

There is a factory repair bulletin for this code, we do not have access to it, only the dealer does at this time.

P1728 EMC-Open/Short To Battery P1739 General Position Encoder Fault I would try to clear the faults with a scan tool. If they return take to the dealer for a more detailed fault analysis.

Please explain hyundai terracan 2002 fault codes p1730 front speed sensor low input, p1732,p1734 low input, how to find problem, low range there is no opperation at all, cheers ,clive.ps in the model...

P1730 Front Speed Sensor - Low Input
P1732 Rear Speed Sensor - Low Input
P1734 Speed Sensor Reference - Low
These are all references to Electronic Stability Control or ABS systems. If there's no problem with wiring, then you could safely assume the speed sensors are bad.
