Question about 2004 Honda CR-V
THE BACK DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY HAS BEEN BROCKEN (INSIDE) AND THE DOOR CAN NOT OPEN. THE ELECTRIC MOTOR FOR THE LOCK IS OK.
THE PROBLEM IS HOW TO OPEN THE BACK DOOR IN ORDER TO REPLACE THE HANDLE ASSEMBLY.
there is a pin in the door handle might have broke off there are two 10 mm nuts that will release the handle but you have to take the door panels off and remove it any local junk yard should have it or can order it for you

You will need to remove the bolts that hold the window guides in place, and carefully lower the window assembly so you can get to the bolts that hold the regulator to the window. When reinstalling, be careful not to over tighten the bolts.

The computer detected a fault. You SHOULD NOT drive it around with that blinking, or you will regret it. Take it to the dealership immediately and have them pull the code.
