Air won't turn on: no air blowing: hot or cold: 110K miles on car: bought: used March 2006.

    and I have had no problems w car until now: had car since march 2007: engine runs good enough for me. weather going to be cold soon!

    Oil has to be changed now: should I allow the repair place do it: fix problem? I am on tight budget now: no money basically to spend on any car repairs! (Honda Doctor : Lewisville Texas)

Hondas are good cars. hold onto it as long as you can. id do it myself if i had time. look for someone who will do it cheap.

    hmm. look in the user manual for the car and it will tell you where the fuses are and what each one does. it usually comes with a few spare fuses that will work. keep me updated

is this a HVAC question heater and a/C?
cold engines, make only cold air
hot engines make hot air.
for 100 +years. now.

Air conditioning blows hot and cold air


You will need to know if the compressor is working when it blows hot air to proceed. It could be an electrical problem, a blend door problem, or the a/c clutch on the compressor.

the blower motor is out of your car that blows hot and cold air. get that replaced and this will fix your problem.

Air conditioner staying on...


Many cars use air conditioning as part of the defrost function. Cold air will clear windshield faster than hot air.
