Question about 1994 Chrysler LHS

1994 Chrysler LHS engine won't turn over.

Engine won't turn over when trying to start with ignition switch. Have checked all fuses & relays in power distribution box--all check good. Checked battery connections--all good. Removed starter, ran diagnostics, all tests passed. Replaced brushes, cleaned internal dust & greased gears in the starter. Ran 2nd diagnostics--all passed. Re-installed starter & engine still won't turn over.

Manual suggested I check fuseable link, but can't find it. Any other suggestionss to help solve this problem? What do you think the problem might be and how do I fix it and where are the appropriate parts to be fixed located? Any help will be greatly apprecited.

Thank you.

My LHS would stall and not start until I reset the PCM.
The third mechanic I tried found the problem to be
the camshaft position sensor. This sensor will shut the fuel pump relay off. The engine will turn over. No fuel delivery.

I checked another site that had a possible solution. It told how to check the ignition switch. After performing this check I decided to replace it. Still no go. The only other thing I could think of was possibly a loose or broken wire somewhere. After looking it over I decided that tracing the wires would be too much trouble.

My solution was to by a remote push button starter switch. I'd just run a wire from the battery to the switch and from the switch to the starter. As of this writing I'm still in the process of installing it. I did manage to "hot wire" the starter and it started fine. That's what lead me to believe the problem is in the wiring. So this remote switch should work.

If the fuses for each circuit are good AND have power, the problem may be in the turn signal switch.

ENGINE WON'T TURN OVER WHEN I TRY TO START ALL POWER TO WIPERS AND RADIO IS GONE STARTER CHECKS GOOD REPLACED IGNITION STILL NO POWER TO STARTER CHECKED ALL FUSES ALL CHECK GOOD THIS IS A 1994 QUE

Assuming the engine is not locked up, can you crank it in neutral ?
There is a neutral safety switch in the circuit that could have failed.
There are also two relays in the circuit that would need to be checked.

Won;t crank

Hi, if the car engine fails to crank, there is a fault in one of the components in the battery/ignition/starter circuit. Low battery (Check battery voltage, recharge if low, or jump start with another vehicle or battery charger). Bad starter relay/solenoid (Check for voltage at relay, if relay has voltage but there is no "click" when key is turned to start, replace relay). Bad ignition switch (Check to see if voltage reaches starter relay/solenoid when turn to start. If not, check for open P/N switch and brake or clutch pedal switch. Replace ignition switch if defective).

POWER WINDOWS WON'T WORK AND HEATER WON'T TURN ON AND I CHECKED THE FUSES AND THEY ARE GOOD

Unless you have actually checked the fuses for continuity with a meter, you may not be seeing the failed fuse. They may share an 'accessories' fuse. Those items may also be switched with a relay so these may need checking too.
