Sounds like you have a bad line somewhere that is backing up you system. I would start by checking all of them first.

Transmition leaks between bellhowlsing and motor on 1993 dodge caravan

Usually a front pump seal which requires the trans to be removed.

Hi, I have a 1995 volvo 850 with automatic tranny...all forward gears work fine but reverse does not engage unless you stick your foot out the door and roll the car back 2-4 feet then you can feel reverse...

check the transmition fluid level, ( do this with the engine running & the selector in P) if low top up & see if fault cured
also check fluid is no dis-coloured or smells burnt, if so you may have to drain the transmition & change the filter & fluid, a transmition flush would be a good idea.
if the problem remains it is most likely the seals/clutches in the transmition are worn

1991 volvo 240 leaks transmition fluid at a rate of 2 quarts every 50 miles. Is there a seal you can relace or do you need a new transmition?

Check your transmission line's, also look under your car if leaking between engine and transmission more then likely it's going to be your front transmission pump seal, transmission will have to come out to replace front seal.Don't let it run low on transmission fluid or you will have to replace or overhaul your transmission, not cheap.

How do you sheck the transmition fluid

02/'03 L200/L300's don't have transmission dipsticks most likely reflecting Saturn's confidence of a leak-free transmission, leaving only a red fill cap on the transmission. The actual method for checking transmission level is a very abnormal method; parking on a level surface, removing the transmission oil level bolt/cap from the transmission, observing whether or not fluid flows out. Excess fluid will flow out automatically establishing the proper level and amount of transmission fluid. Less would mean topping off by pouring some into the top access fill hole and observing if fluid flows out the leveled drain hole until fluid flows out. This would indicate proper levels and replacing the top and access plug is all that's necessary. Messy as compared to the old method. The access bolt will be sized differently from the other bolts holding the transmission sump on. I would assume your '01 L200 is the same. Use regular Dexron ATF red transmission fluid.

Transmition fluid on stick shift 2002 explorer

Crawl under the truck, you will find a fill plug on the side of the transmission, use the correct fluid, most likely it will be ATF, fill up to just below the level of the filler plugs threads, use you pinkie to level test, do not overfill the trans
