Vacuum leak probably.Find it and problem may go away. EGR can be stuck or plugged and cause similar symptoms. Also,if spark plugs and wiring have over 50,000 miles on them,replace them. don-ohio

run fault codes and look for a EVP purge solenoid/sensor problem. IT appears that you are getting a vacuum in the tank and the fuel is not getting to the injectors.
That's the low coolant warning lamp.Most likely just needs coolant level topped of.I would watch for spots on driveway.Also replace your coolant resevoir cap,they are cheap & common to fail.Hope This helps!!
If the engine revs up while in drive and running at 40mph, your transmission is probably slipping. Try checking your transmission fluid level. If it is OK, I would get it by a garage to have them look at it to cofirm.
Hi I own a cadillac with the same motor. Never smoked but had all the same issues, ran fine cold but after a little driving (less than 2 miles) it shook like nothing else. The cause was the motor self destructed had to replace valves all 8 bosh injectors 2000 dollars later she is like new. Sorry about the bad news goodluck.
