This is something you don't fool with; I tried getting injectors on a Jeep tight again when they started bleeding fuel and ended up with an engine fire and replacing the entire harness under the hood. It wasn't fun.
Many injectors are a combination of steel and plastic are are prone to separate with age and too many thermal cycles.
Shop them; the low:high price range is huge.
If you can find the part number for them, check this company as they have always been very competitive:

I have a 1992 geo prizm it linking in the driver side down the dash board and on the gas and break pettal it look like transmission fluid what can that be

it is probably brake fluid from the mastercylinder. i don't know if this car has a hyd clutch but if it does it could leak also, and it would be brake fluid as well, (that is if car is a stick shift)

Where is the oil filter in a 1992 geo prizm?

It's in the front of the engine directly below the exhaust manifold. If you look under the car from the front you should be able to easily see it.

How to change a timing cover seal on a 1992 Geo Prizm? Car is leaking oil bad out front of engine, I assume it is the timing cover seals.

This is the same as a Toyota Corolla. Plan on replacing the timing belt and all associated parts. The problem is either the Camshaft or Crankshaft seals. Timing cover seal does NOT keep oil in the engine. The oil getting on the timing belt WILL cause premature failure.
