As far as bypassing the securtiy chip, we can't tell you that one as it would assist any user on here to steal your car (or others).
When you turn the key to attempt to start it do the dash lights dim or even go out ?

My car won't crank or start you put the key in the dashboard lights would light up ain't no check engine light on nothing and where my miles said itbreading error I took my battery gets test was good

Immobiliser not disarming is a possibility or faulty ignition starter switch, wiring or connections or a faulty starter motor.

Not sure what "itbreading error" means but that might mean an immobiliser fault. I suggest you check with the vehicle handbook or give the dealer a call for the exact meaning.

A customer had a similar problem. Somehow the plastic part of the key had worked loose and the transponder chip had fallen out and been lost - about the size of a grain of rice.

Another customer left his keys on top of the microwave oven and it wiped the security code from the chip.

Besides the battery and aultanatior what would be the reson for not starting?

Alternator is not even in the starting circuit

No Crank or NoStart ---- they are different

You tested for a dead battery

If you need to jump a vehicle, don't

Find a problem-- anything & resolve it

You can ruin the electronics, jump starting or
some day you eventually will, luck only holds
out so long & you learn the hard way

Do you have spark & injector pulse while cranking

Do you have fuel pressure at the motor key on or cranking

Why no vehicle,year,motor-- shown here?

Details leading up to this, always a story that is a secret

Random times of no crank

If the security light is flashing, the chip in the key or the sensor in the key lock may be faulty. If the engine computer "sees" the right chip in the key, it allows the engine to start.
If the light is not flashing you would need to check for power at the starter when the engine will not crank. Also try cranking in neutral.

Remove the ring antenna around the barrel, put the old good chip key in the ring (...) start with the other key the car.The immo will read the regular key but the new barrel will work with the new key.Need reprograming the keys or switch the boards/chips in the key.

Does the starter turn over when you are trying to start before you remove the battery cables or do you have only dash lights and nothing else (not even a click). I don't believe you need a key with a chip for 2000 model, they have an ignition switch system that is basically synced to the lock cylinder and key. The ignition switch can go bad and you'll see the theft light flash on the dash. If you decide to install a new switch yourself, there is a 30minute process to reprogram the theft system to your key. It can be done by yourself, but you have to be there the whole time and need to have a battery charger hooked up while performing this operation.

Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. Voltage and ground are both important. You could use a test light on the fuses in the fuse box to check for voltage. Some fuses are hot all the time, some go hot with the key on.
You may have to check feed to and from ignition switch.
