Question about 2000 Volkswagen Golf
There's a small hose located on the top of the engine on the left hand side that appears to be connected to the manifold and a sensor of some sort. On my car this hose is broken. I would like to know what the purpose of it is and what that sensor does. Thanks!
If it's broken, it will **** in air that is not regulated by any sensor giving it a false reading to call for DTC's to be stored in memory. Replace it and have it scanned to erase the stored codes or whether there are other problems that's causing fault codes to be stored in the ECU
