Question about 1992 Subaru Legacy
When i get over 30 miles an hour it make a loud roaring sound in the back i checked the fluid in the back and it was kind of thin and dirty
Sounds like you have a bearing problem throw the car from side to side when the noise appears and see if it gets more pronounced on one our the other side if it dose it is wheel bearing if not it sounds like you need a new differential which is farly common on subraus
in both cases you are best off going to a profeshional as you need special tools to do these jobs
