Sounds like you have a bearing problem throw the car from side to side when the noise appears and see if it gets more pronounced on one our the other side if it dose it is wheel bearing if not it sounds like you need a new differential which is farly common on subraus
in both cases you are best off going to a profeshional as you need special tools to do these jobs

After having cv joints replaced on my 99 mazda 626 there's a loud roaring while driving. What is the cause of the roaring?

The noise you are describing may very well a bad wheel bearing, the wheel bearings are sealed units and they last about 100,000 miles on average, the fronts go 1st because they carry the heaviest load.

Loud roaring from front right side goes away during a left curve then comes back when you straghten up

This is caused by a bad wheel bearing. to locate the right wheel jack the front wheels up and check for the wheel being loose, or with car jacked up in the air with front wheel off the ground put it in drive and see if you can listen for the noise, you may be right with the right front but just double check, good luck, hope this is helpful.

Loud roar from frt end when driving/frt v joints or wheel brgs ?

If the sound comes and goes while your starting and stoping driving it is a wheel bearing,
If you want to do this your self i can explain how to replace it,
you will need some tools/metric
a jack and jack stand
wheel bearing is about 75.00 and labor is about 1.5 hours if experienced and about 3 hours if not experienced
Thanks

4 whell drive roar starting at 25mph

that really sounds like you need to verify the level of the trans-axle oil and/or the transmission oil. if you are unsure, or if you didnt perform the change of the oil at the required intervals, you should stop in a pep boys, jeffy lube or similar store and have the fluid levels check.

the transmission oil is easy to check with a dip stick in the engine (not the same to the engine oil), and the trans-axle oil, you will have to remove a bolt in the axle and check with your finger if it is in level.

What would cause a loud roaring in the back seat of my 2001 Monte Carlo as I am driving?

That roaring noise should be a wheel bearing. Jack up the rear wheels and spin the tires by hand. You can hear a grinding noise if the noise inside the car is as load as you state.. The only other noise that will be like that is the differental gears inside the drive axle
