Question about 1992 Chevrolet Astro Extended
I have a 4.3 v6. i parked it and went to start it about three hours later, and it would start up and then immediately stall. if i pumped the throttle vigorously it would stay at a very rough idle. i pulled the gas tank, checked the fuel pump, pulled the filter, pulled the inlet to the throttle body. did a timed volume test of the fuel output. replaced the injectors and the fuel pressure regulator. also checked the distributor and the iginition control module in the distributor. if i manually squirt gas into the throttle body, the engine runs smoothly as if nothing was wrong, i also can see fuel being sprayed out of both injectors. any ideas?
I have a 1992 with the exact symptoms. Did you ever get to the solution. firstname.lastname@example.org

Timing? if you've got gas and you've got spark, have you checked the crank/cam shaft position sensors? have you put a timing light on it to see if you might have jumpped timing?
