Question about 1991 Pontiac Firebird
You need to replace the plastic piece goes around the support rod inside the visor. You should be able to unscrew the visor from the support rod to see the plastic piece. If it is old and fragile its probably either broken or breaking. There are 2 tabs that lock into a notch on the inside, you may be able to just line them up again if the plastic piece isnt broken. I'm not sure where you'd be able to find a replacement plastic piece, but I'm sure they sell them somewhere. should keep it from falling in your face.
hint: dont try to hold it up with Velcro, it just makes a mess and still doesnt work.

Sun visors are probably held on by 3 screws. Just unscrew the old ones and screw in the new ones.
