Question about 1998 Plymouth Breeze
You have to get under the car, its gonna be in the center all midway up the top, just before you get to the head, its kind of hiding above the exhaust. i just replaced one not to long ago, you'll need a 1.25"-1.50" socket to get it out, have Patience with it.

It is near the oil filter.
