Question about 1992 Ford Explorer
I can drive this truck one time run it to town and it will shift fine on the way back it will shift into 1st and 2nd but not drive. the next time you drive it it wont shift or it winds out before shifting. if you manually shift it it shifts fine into first and sencond then you put it into drive it acts like it is in neutral.
Ok... there is a problem with these sorts of things. sometimes the clutch will ge a condition called clutch dust. and its caused by grinding and hard shifting. sometimes poor alignment. take your vechile to a tranny shop and have them do an inspection on your clutch.
