If the air bag light is blinking count the blinks for the code. Example.. If the air bag light flashes once and then a short pause and then two blinks you would have a code 12. and so on. If it just stays on you will need to take it into a repair shop and get it checked. My best guess without looking at it would be that the clockspring is not working properly. Most of the time when the clockspring goes out other things stop working like the horn or cruise control or something that is on the steering wheel. Hope this helps.

Oil light flashing on and off and air bag light on what is the problem ?

Oil light flashing means you oil is low,and should be checked out soon as possible...as far as the airbag it could just be a bad sensor,Kia Optimas are bad about the air bag light coming on,but just to be on the safe side you could get it looked at.

Air bag light always on "optima 2007"

There is a fault in the Restraint/Air bag system , this is something that you cannot do alone you will have to take it to the Dealer or a Mechanic that has the proper diagnostic software for the vehicle to have the code cleared or determine why the light is on.
