Hello: Follow the spark plug wires to the front of the engine on the passenger side. The wires connect to the coils. Each coil is separate.

Need a picture of firing order on a 1991 Buick Park Avenue

Check this site I believe the black images is the coil pack firing order. I used a coil pack from a different model but had to open it up and change the firing order since the spark wires wouldn't reach for my 91 buick. You should have some knowledge about wiring before attempting that. Basically I just switched the wiring on each side inside the coil pack.https://www.google.com/search?q=buick+1991+park+avenue+firing+order&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=reisU9eSH9HioAThh4D4BQ&ved=0CC8QsAQ&biw=1440&bih=748

No spark at coil pack changed coil still no spark on 2 and 5

Try switching your coil packs around see if you can get spark out of the 2 & 5 with a different coil pack in that location. If that doesn't work maybe your ICM they can test the ICM at autozone, but can't test the coil packs.
