Question about 2000 Toyota Camry
you can start with your power window switch. test it for continuity. this part normally is the first thing that breaks in power windows.
if it is ok, then open upthe door panel and check the motor.
connect a separate power to the motor and observe if it will run. reverse the wires if necessary to reverse the direction of the window.
if the motor is running, then check the rail or the guide where the window slides, and also check the cable ( if it is a cable type) if it is not broke or it is on its right track.
