Possible that one of the backing plates are bent and rubbing on the rotor.

Applying brakes I hear a hissing sound

Hissing could mean a few different things but depending on how many miles you have on e the car and or how many sets of brake pads have been changed since 2004, I would say your early warning indicators are telling you take your brake pads are about done and if you don't get it to the shop or whatever you're going to do, you'll soon start to have metal on metal and you'll need to buy new rotors when that happens. To give you and idea...4 rotors and pads will probably run you around $800+ at the dealer.

When my foot is on the brake my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer is vibrating what could be wrong?

when you say its vibrating is this only when your stopping or sitting still? if its when you go to stop it may be warped rotors. if it shakes only when your sitting still you may have a vacuum leak at or near the brake booster. have some one step on the brake pedal while you are under the hood to see if you hear a whooshing noise. if you hear sucking air find and repair the problem. hope this helps

My car makes a scrapping and or grinding noise when driving and braking like i'm dragging something it is a Ford Focus SE 2004

It a small piece of metal that rubs against your rotor, to let you know the brake pads need to be changed. It's an indicator before they get worn really bad. If this is not repaired you will spend more money to replace the rotors from the metal grinding into the metal rotor.

Car and steering wheel vibrate when brakes applied

Have you inspected your front brakes, if there is no scrapping or scretching sound I suspect you have warped rotors on the front spindles, recommend changing rotors and brake pads.

Loud noise coming from back passenger side wheel when backing up

sounds more like a brake wear sensor. The inner pads wear faster than the outer, so if you are checking pad wear, be sure to look at the inner pad. If you just had brake work done, one of the anti rattle clips on a pad may be contacting the brake rotor.
