ANOTHER TRANSMISSION PROBLEM ON A 1996 PLYMOUTH GRAND VOYAGER

My 1996 has been in and out of the garage for transmission problem so I decided what the heck let me just replace the whole thing. I bought a rebuild A604 transmission online, when it came in I checked the bolt holes, frame size and everything seems to match except the one I got has two extra sensors which is the PRNDL and neutral safety switch. My old one has only one switch with a different type of connector located not too far from the location of the two extra switches I talked about. Is there any wire harness adapter I can plug to the two extra switches I can connect to my existing connection? Thank you!

Where is the vehicle speed sensor located on a 1996 plymouth grand voyager?

the input and output speed sensors are on the transmission housing in the front of the engine bay on the drivers side. you will see linkage connecting to the transmission and they are both right there. one of them is below the 1/2" transmission fluid cooler lines. the other is a little more difficult to get to. It's to the right of that one. both are plastic and an ivory color. Best way to access the sensors is to remove the air filter box.1" socket recommended for removal of sensors.

I need to replace the body control module (BCM) of my 1996 Plymouth Voyager with electrical lock. First, where do I find it in my car? Second, how can I get to it for removal (and replace)?

Sorry to tell you this but you cannot do this yourself. My 98 plymuth grand voyager has the same problem. You must take it back to the dealer in order to take it replace. You can't even take it to a garage.
